Saint David's eighth graders arrived in Italy on Tuesday after a great flight, and began their 10-day Italian Study Tour of Rome, Assisi, and Florence.
This trip is a culmination of their humanities class where they have the opportunity to see in situ works of art and architecture that they have studied throughout the year.
The boys' days will be filled with much touring, sketching, and journaling. Photos are from their tour Tuesday, which included visits to the Pantheon, Santa Maria Sopra Minerva, Piazza Navona and The Trevi Fountain.
